If you submit the Work With Charlie form, we collect: your name, email, location, experience background, goals, and challenge description. This information is sent directly to our email via Resend (our email provider) and is not stored in any database. It exists only in our inbox.

Love Bridge (Card Number)

If you enter a card number on the Love Bridge page, that number stays entirely in your browser. It is used only to pre-populate a text message on your device. We never see it, store it, or transmit it to any server.

Map of Love

The Map of Love displays sponsor messages that were voluntarily submitted as part of the Love Is in the Air social experiment. These messages are stored in a static data file and displayed publicly on the map. If you are a participant and wish to have your message removed, contact us directly.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you send a text message or video to INTRINSIC EXPERIENCE LLC (e.g. via a Love Is in the Air card), we receive your phone number and message content through Twilio, our messaging provider. Our automated chatbot will guide you through a creative exercise and will request your name, age, zip code, and card number to track the card’s journey on the Map of Love. We use this information solely to operate the Love Is in the Air social experiment and display anonymized data on the map. We do not sell, share, or use your phone number, message content, or metadata for marketing purposes or with any third party. Twilio processes messages on our behalf under their privacy policy. You may opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP.

SMS Privacy Disclosure: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand basic page traffic (which pages are visited, how often). This collects anonymous, aggregated data. No cookies are set. No personal information is tracked. No third-party advertising or tracking scripts run on this site.
