Agreement
By accessing and using theintrinsicexperience.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms cover both the main Intrinsic Experience project and the Love Is in the Air social experiment.
Nature of This Site
This Site documents a personal journey involving Hermetic Philosophy, plant medicine ceremonies, and meditation practices. The content is educational, philosophical, and experiential in nature. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, therapeutic guidance, or a recommendation to use any controlled substance.
Ayahuasca is a powerful plant medicine with legal restrictions in many jurisdictions. Any references to its use describe personal experiences in legal settings. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Sponsorship & Donations
All donations are processed through GoFundMe, a third-party platform with its own terms and refund policies. By donating, you agree to GoFundMe’s terms of service.
Sponsorship tiers describe intended rewards and deliverables. We commit to fulfilling these in good faith. However, sponsorships are contributions to support creative and philosophical work, not purchases with guaranteed delivery timelines.
The 70-Day Immersion is a live, real-world undertaking subject to circumstances beyond our control. If the immersion is significantly altered or cancelled, sponsors will be notified and offered reasonable alternatives or refunds through GoFundMe’s process.
Love Is in the Air (Social Experiment)
The Map of Love displays messages submitted voluntarily by participants. By submitting a message, you grant The Intrinsic Experience permission to display it publicly on the Map of Love, including your chosen display name and message content.
You may request removal of your message at any time by contacting us through our social channels. We will honor removal requests promptly.
Messages must not contain hate speech, threats, explicit content, or material that infringes on others’ rights. We reserve the right to remove any message that violates these guidelines.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program Name: Love Is in the Air by The Intrinsic Experience
Description: When you find a Love Is in the Air card and text the card number to our phone number, you are opting in to receive a reply message connecting you to the social experiment. This is a one-time conversational exchange, not a recurring subscription.
Message Frequency: You will receive one reply message per text you send. No recurring or automated messages are sent unless you initiate contact.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to our number. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

By sending a text message to The Intrinsic Experience, you agree to these SMS terms and our Privacy Policy. Your phone number and message content will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.
Consultation Services
The Work With Me form is an application for consultation, not a guarantee of service. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship. All consultations are personal philosophical guidance, not licensed therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, design, images, animations, and the conceptual frameworks (The 13 Dimensions, Project Reset), is the intellectual property of Ie McAteer unless otherwise noted. You may share links to the Site freely. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use the content without written permission.
